Returns & Refunds:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if the product seal has been broken.

Damaged Products:
If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to replace the item(s) at no additional cost. To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

  • A photo of the damaged product

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue
